We make our Premium Mofo Deluxe chocolate powder with single origin cocoa from Ghana. We mildly sweeten it with a certified organic and minimally processed cane sugar alternative which is coconut blossom sugar. These coconut blossom sugar are produced from tropical coconut palm blossoms grown in Bali, and has a delicious, rich, toffee-like-flavor.

Coconut blossom sugar has a higher mineral content. This is because it is a rich source of potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron. It is also lower in the GI (glycemic index), as such very suitable for for those seeking lower sugar content chocolate powders.

Espresso Instructions

In your jug, add 250ml of fresh, cold milk and 2 tablespoons of Premium Mofo Deluxe chocolate powder.

And steam together with the milk to 68deg C. This blends the cocoa and so it thickens up to give a nice frothy texture.

Garnish with freshly grated chocolate.
