Responsibilities:

• Build productive, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to support proactively identify and attract high quality talent for assigned positions.
• Proactively recruit and hunt the best talent and network with active and passive talent pools.
• Be responsible for resourcing and the full spectrum of hiring for the company. 
• Use various sourcing channels/tools/methods, including proactive searches to optimise candidates pipeline effectively. 
• Identify, engage, acquire and manage candidates through effective sourcing techniques.
• Work closely with hiring managers/internal stakeholders on managing hiring timeline, requirements and expectations. 
• Follow up on interview feedback in a timely manner to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop a robust and forward-thinking candidate pipeline and sourcing strategies while fostering long term relationships with top talent, passive and active.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of in-house or external recruitment experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment across entry level to mid-senior roles
• Deep knowledge of Malaysia’s talent market, skills and industry trends and a strong network. Regional exposure is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, committed and resilient as you will be working in a fast- paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learning and goal driven.
• Passion for building and growing genuine relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• A growth mindset
• Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
• Attention to detail and effective prioritization skills
