We are looking for a Senior Manager Supply Chain Finance to join our team.

This role will be responsible for financial planning, analysis and processes covering all supply chain activities such as inventory, contract manufacturing, logistics, warehousing as well as overseeing capital programs. Ideal candidate is a business-focused individual driving visibility to key operational drivers, partnering with supply-chain to identify and implement activities that drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, covering cost of goods sold, inventory and capital expenditures

• Support and analyze contract manufacturing and logistics activities, while partnering with supply chain to drive continuous improvement

• Lead preparation of monthly financial forecast and annual budget for supply chain

• Lead monthly capital review process, ensuring new projects meet targeted ROI goals, while monitoring approved projects for any deviation vs plan

• Oversee standard cost preparation while analyzing for any changes vs plan

• Lead development of dashboards for key supply chain KPIs, to monitor operational improvements vs latest forecast and plan

• Understand order to invoice, procure to pay and inventory processes, and monitor key controls through BI, ERP reports or transactions

• Setup and/or improve tracking, monitoring and reporting procedures

• Work with other departments to implement new processes or tools

• Drive working capital improvements, including payables and inventory

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain industries
• Excellent communication skills
