  • Develop and implement strategies for driving product adoption and client retention at scale among existing clients, suppliers, and partners under assigned category partner; essentially driving more engagement and usability of our product.
  • Grow the “Natural & Herbs” category by introducing and welcoming new vendors, suppliers & clients under category partner
  • Solve complex client needs and work across product, sales, risk and operations teams to improve our existing SOPs and overall user experience of our product.
  • Manage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations with our suppliers, clients, and/or partners.
  • Retain and increase revenue and market share with existing suppliers, clients, and/or partners.
  • Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and/or partners and represent Herbee in the best manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive maximum user retention across all suppliers, clients, and/ or partners.
  • Work with suppliers on developing the product campaigns to drive more revenue and market share.


  • The candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, in any field.
  • At least 3 years experience in any of the following fields:
  • Business/Marketplace category under any prominent E-commerce website
  • Business Development/Partnership under any prominent E-commerce website
  • Relevant experience in selling and onboarding suppliers in any Enterprise Resource Planning (ESP) solutions
  • Previous experience in a high-performing team/company is an added advantage.
