Objectives:

  • Collaborate with the Management Team in increasing company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies
  • Assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data
  • Recommend ways to improve operations planning, attending meetings with clients and advisors, and notifying partners of key business developments
  • Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor bulk upload sheets to ensure consistencies and quality standards are met 
  • Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives to delight customers
  • Daily product auditing and helping suppliers to upload the products on the website
  • Assisting team to troubleshoot issues that may occur, be it with supplier or customers
  • Maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
  • Creating, communicating, and maintaining quality control policies and standard work procedures to other departments
  • Building and delivering productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and Google Apps
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2-3 years working experience, preferably with business development or sales exposure in eCommerce / logistics / payments / retail trade industry
  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Fluency in English is a must-have
