Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience to our customers
  • Multitask in handling multiple calls / chats / emails simultaneously
  • Provide a satisfactory (ideally magical) resolution, by weighing the options from all stakeholders' (customer, partner, and Dropee) point of view
  • Respond with good content with proper structuring and grammar
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with our customers as well as internal teams
  • Participate in company wide streamlining effort
  • Undertake tasks / projects under the Operations department as set by the Director of Operations

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of work experience, a hungry-for-growth and delivering happiness attitude
  • Digital savvy and good with basic Excels and presentation skillls
  • Fluency in English plus an additional language (i.e. either Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese language skills) are a must-have
