Dropee is a B2B SaaS-enabled marketplace that enables businesses to digitally monitor their orders, products, customers, and insights. Our mission is to increase product accessibility, transparency, and convenience via digitalising B2B trading. We create technology solutions that aims to help businesses to be more efficient, agile, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor bulk upload sheets to ensure consistencies and quality standards are met 
• Daily product auditing and helping suppliers to upload the products on the website
• Assisting team to troubleshoot issues that may occur, be it with supplier or customers
• Maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
• Assist in identifying and leading process improvement initiatives to delight customers
• Assist in delivering productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements

Qualifications:

• Studies in any field
• Must be currently enrolled in a college / university
• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
• Thrive in an ambiguous environment, and when given a deadline you know how to motivate yourself, your managers, and associates and meet it
• Enjoy working with numbers and creatively
• Fluency in English is a must-have
