As a Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO + Paid Advertising), you'll help drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Dropee. Dropee is a company that is Customer Obsessed’ and your role is to be the champion of the onsite customer experience, to dive deep and understand opportunities to optimize digital customer journeys, content and marketing campaigns. Our environment is fastpaced and you need to be flexible, detail-oriented, and someone who thrives in ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of the overall digital marketing strategy including SEO and Paid Advertising
  • Develop and implement a plan to generate leads from Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and other paid marketing channels such as SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to create brand awareness via paid and organic traffic
  • Track, measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to achieve goals (KPI, ROI)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights, including proper management and optimisation of digital budget
  • Conduct research on keywords, market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive conversions
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, SEO/SEM trends, and best practices
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and evaluate emerging technologies in digital marketing
  • Identify key SEO KPIs and monitor the traffic rate (Direct, click rate, bounce rate and other KPI)

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in either Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • At least 3 years proven experience in digital marketing techniques such as SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, video, email marketing, link building, website analytics
  • Possess a portfolio and a proven track record of successfully executed digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (PPC), Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics or equivalent tools
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and ideas for digital marketing with the intent to elevate brand awareness, drive consideration and eventually conversion
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills and enjoys experimenting on driving growth and solving problems
  • Have excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills
  • Self-starter with a great learning attitude, able to learn and pick up new capabilities fast
  • Team player with good communication skills, is results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious startup environment

 

The candidate is preferred to possess the following:

  • Expertise in customer targeting, acquisition marketing, engagement / customer lifecycle marketing, and/or targeting methods
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including vendor management, engineering, merchandising, design, marketing, and operations
  • Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks. Ambitious to get the job done
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects, and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities of a rapidly evolving business
  • Strong track record marketing success, ideally within e-commerce or retail industry
  • Knowledge of SQL / coding, ability to interpret and write queries is a benefit
